The staff was helpful. The apartment has a separate room with a bathroom. Big kitchen. Plus another bathroom with shower. A Bed and sofa bed. Located on the 2nd floor. You can use any of the 4 pools at other sister hotels, which is nice. If they are open and hopefully clean. 2 min walk to the broadwalk & beach.

Everything- pool, check-in, breakfast is all at different locations. No blanket or pillow on pullout mattress, no extra blankets or sheets. Rusty hinges in the restroom. TV was not working properly. Best thing is the location is a walk away from the beach!! Will not return to this location!

The address for the hotel I booked is inaccurate. It led to one building, but check in was all the way around the corner and down the street. The room is in rough shape and doesn’t look anything like the pictures of the place I booked. The area is decent and a close walk to the beach and activities, but from a lodging standpoint, this is well below the standard I am accustomed to and well short of the pictures and description of the room I booked.
