My room was clean. The smoke detector started beeping at 2am. Had to climb on a chair to remove it. Loud street drowned out by air conditioning, which worked quite well! Plants in the area were beautiful. The best part is the short one block walk to the beach. No frills little apartment complex but close to the beach and the boardwalk, which has plenty of bars and restaurants.

Enjoyed stay, has some quaint outdoor areas, super close to beach, boardwalk and restaurants. Kitchenette was a bit rusty in spots but Florida is a salty damp kind of place. Room was clean but a bit run down.
