Check-in could have been a tad smoother. Hotel clerk was busy talking on the phone the entire time she was checking us in. Said she was talking to her boss but considering she was the only person working the desk it felt a little rude. You couldn’t really ask questions. When getting in room it was stifling hot. Air appeared to be off. Turned it on and left to get something to eat but by the time we got back to room it had kicked off and didn’t really cool off the room. Couldn’t get the air in the room to go below 74. It would keep cutting off. Only stayed one night so didn’t ask hotel if there was a trick to get air to stay on to cool room down. Shower in room had no door to it. Unfortunately that causes water to go all over the floor when taking a shower Staff member at the breakfast buffet was phenomenal. I wish I got her name but 5 stars for her. Shuttle to and from airport to hotel was great.
