We liked everything. It was close to the ocean, clean and tidy. We had a small room, but everything was there, including a small wardrobe and a small kitchen with a large refrigerator. We were satisfied.
Unfortunately, there is no photo of the room, this is the inner courtyard near our room.

AC was not working I waited 3 hours until someone was available to come in a get it check. Still not working after 2 hours I then decide to call again and they move me to a different room. The curtained from bathroom had a blood stain I felt disgusted in there. They move me into another room way better and AC was amazing. But I had to call them twice.

The place is OK, price, location and room combined. Do not expect nothing fancy, but definitely convenient. My check in was great because it was at 11:30 Pm; however, next day I needed front desk assistance and the line for check in was all the way outside, over an hour wait, so I left without assistance. For a long weekend, they lacked of personnel. Another thing to improve was the pool areas. Only few had umbrellas and the water was veeeery dirty, (all properties pools)

The room was reasonably clean, the bed was reasonably comfortable, the location was good, the staff was very good. The check-in was in what looked like a convience store with four very busy employees checking people in for several hotels. It was cramped and chaotic. PARKING TIP: I felt pressured to buy a parking permit for double the price of a city parking permit. They called it a service fee. This allowed you to park in hotel parking, which would be handy if the city parking was not available. The night we were there, there were lots of city parking places close by. The pressure to buy a parking permit felt disingenuous. Just know you have options.
