Stayed at Holiday Park by LOWKL (May 1–4, 2025). Room was not properly cleaned—there were long hairs in the shower (no female travelers on my end), a stained toilet, and slow Wi-Fi. Hot water was unreliable too.
I submitted photo evidence to Expedia and requested a partial refund. LOWKL offered a vague cleaning visit during my short stay, without scheduling—expecting me to wait around on vacation for them to fix what should have been clean at check-in. They later denied the issues, citing pre-check-in photos and deflecting responsibility.
No empathy, no accountability, and certainly no hospitality. If this is their idea of “excellent condition,” stay elsewhere. Very disappointing experience with LOWKL and unhelpful follow-up through Expedia.
