The suite we had was very nice and had a view of the ocean. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I would come back and stay again. Just note that parking is expensive - $50 a day.

The hotel and room was clean. Everyone I spoke to was polite and professional. This is an okay hotel. We were there to visit family so was only there to sleep for the most part. But our toilet was stopped up and we had to get someone to fix it, then it wasn't flushing right and we had to lift the lid get get the water to run and then the water wouldn't stop running. We spoke to the lady as we were leaving and she said they would take care of it and apologized. What the room could use is any menus for the restaurants, coffee station and bar. Also a current TV menu because the TV menu on the TV was not right. Also because they have DIRECTTV when it rain we had nothing to watch.

I have to say hotel is very beautiful in a good area you’re located by everything and the best part of it is that you’re by the beach like 10 minutes away. The staff was select excellent that’s why I keep picking this hotel every time I’ve been flat Light up three times I keep coming back to this hotel so if you wanna have fun enjoy it stuff is good nice scenery area and you right there by everything so go ahead and enjoy yourself. We stayed in a king balcony suite w a view of the canal. Room and bed were comfortable and nicely decorated. kitchen is small but sufficient. Cookware bare for anything other than eggs and sandwiches. The hose under the sink was leaking water and maintenance took care of it immediately. Nice shower. Nice outdoor space. GREAT location. Easy walk to beach or to Publix and liquor store. Water taxi stop #8 was right there. Staff were super helpful. Definitely would stay here again
