I really enjoyed my stay at Fort Lauderdale Marriott North, staff was wonderful, fast food & restaurants is nearby & beaches were only about a 30 minutes away, and had a Starbucks, restaurant/Bar at the hotel. I will definitely be coming back.

I enjoyed the view of the trees in the small preserve outside, the friendly and professional staff, and amenities like Starbucks in the lobby. The area is not a tourist sort of area, but it is close enough to drive to the beach, the river, Las Olas, etc. The complimentary parking made the stay easy. The small bar/restaurant is a nice place to relax and enjoy a quick bite.

Nice hotel. Room was comfortable. A microwave and an area in the bathroom to put items down would have earned an extra star. Be careful when driving out of the hotel. The road has a blind spot so you have to be careful for oncoming traffic.
