Everything seemed relaxed and very welcoming the staff were very accommodating and always available very knowledgeable and helpful however I noticed. a shortage of shampoo and conditioner in my room any room was pretty decent clean snapped up AC work nice view but basically there was no conditioner or anything to moisturize or smell nice afterl bathing other than that everything was very peaceful thank you.

Hotel is okay for a night or two. The staff are very nice. Rooms are outdated, the toilet in our room had on/off issues flushing (we notified front desk). Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Shower needs to be redone. Was given two very small bars soap, and one tiny tube of shampoo/conditioner (thankfully brought our own). No air dryer provided. Don't think we'd stay again sad to say. Parking free and abundant.

Our room was not ready at the expected check-in time. We had to wait an extra hour to get in. Apparently they did not have enough cleaning staff so they were running behind. After a long flight, it was disappointing. However, it is a great location as it is close to restaurants and shops.

I had an ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL experience staying here and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, safe, and peaceful place to stay!! The property was SPOTLESS from the moment we arrived, and it was clear that cleanliness is a top priority! One of my favorite touches was the 24/7 availability of tea and coffee, which made our stay feel even more comfortable and convenient. PLUS FREE GRAB TO GO BREAKFAST!! The parking was perfect and SECURE, and the surrounding area felt VERY SAFE and QUIET—PERFECT for families. What truly stood out, though, was the STAFF. EVERY interaction was PLEASANT, but I especially want to recognize a young man named AAndre who was working the night shift when we checked in. Despite our late arrival, he greeted us with a warm smile and genuine kindness. He was incredibly RESPECTFUL, PROFESSIONAL, and went above and beyond to accommodate our family, especially considering we have a child with special needs. His patience and willingness to help made a lasting impression on us!!! Thank you!! Overall, this was a FANTASTIC stay thanks to the cleanliness, peaceful environment, and truly amazing staff. We will definitely recommend everyone!
