Amazing location! Comfortable beds, quiet (even with it being loud outside). Only downside was cleanliness. I get it, being right on the beach is tough with sand, but overall it could have been cleaner. They did have a broom and dustpan in room, but a cordless vac would have been much appreciated. Would stay again.

The location is 5*. The room is nice and large with a king bed and a queen bed plus a kitchenette. The only thing I didn’t like was I was surprised that we had to pay for parking. It was $35 per night or $20 if you paid cash. That being said, I would stay there again because all the rooms are oceanfront with lounge chairs outside the rooms.

Concerned because of reviews we has read about noise, SO GLAD we took a chance. It's an older property, but updated. Can't beat the location. Great to get out and walk the Broadwalk.. So many food options and the beach is right there, out your window. And right across the Broadwalk! Loved it!

The hotel is very nice and great location but with it being next to Nick's restaurant it can get very loud throughout the evening. There were a lot of cops standing watch over rowdy crowds from Thursday - Saturday night.
