“Lovely central hotel - good meals . Beds hard , our second night was extremely noisy from restaurant below. Pool wasn’t working during our stay unfortunately ”

“El Hotel es magnífico, situación, estilo arquitectónico, personal amabilísimo. Mejorable, el sistema de Wi Fi.”

“We reached the hotel around 10 AM. Although the standard check-in time of hotel is 2 PM, the manager did not allow us to check in early. I understand that early check-in may depend on room availability and can involve an additional charge, but the communication could have been more visitor-friendly. Overall, the room was good and comfortable. The biggest advantage is the perfect location on Princess Street, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and the Fort Kochi area on foot. With a...

“You get what you pay for in india . At the same time, this place didn’t even offer a bar of soap in the bathroom, nor any towels. For a blanket at night i used 2 thin beach towels . Not to mention that my room had the scent of a sewer at 2 in the morning ”

“Buenísima ubicación para visitar Fort Kochi. Tranquilo y alejado de las zonas de marcha. Muy recomendable”

“Definitely not five-star. Helpful staff, food was nothing but spicy, breakfast - mediocre, .”

“Highly recommended for a villa stay, especially for a group of 7 people! The villa is spacious, comfortable, and perfect for a family getaway. The complimentary food at the Grand Club Happy Hour was superb, and the breakfast at Malabar Restaurant was excellent. The pool access, along with various indoor and outdoor activities, made our stay even more enjoyable. The kids and the entire family had a wonderful time, creating lots of happy and unforgettable memories. Overall, it was a fantastic...

“Rooms are clean, staff is very friendly, great food and amenities. They treat my three year old like a princess!”

“One would expect a chain hotel to meet certain standards. This was not the case at the Radisson Blu Kochin: - the service at 2 of the restaurants was very slow and inefficient: it took them 20 mins to let us know that the wine we had ordered was not available and 20 more to actually bring the drinks, that came when we were almost done with the food. We also waited 25 mins for a burger to find out that the fries were cold. - we had to ask 2 times to get toiletries in our bathroom”

“Lo único angustiante y estresante es sentir la presión que les genera a algunos empleados, tener que obtener reseñas y/o retroalimentación por parte de los huéspedes, sobre su desempeño. Para nosotros todos los empleados del Le Meridien realizan un extraordinario trabajo, desde quien nos recibe en la primera entrada en el auto, hasta las mujeres que en silencio y disciplina realizan su labor en los jardines. No nos gusta escoger entre una sola persona para hablar de su labor, porque sería muy...
