The staff was the only problem for me. There is a huge chunk of time when no one is working the front desk but they say its worked 24/7 and put a sign out saying back in 10 minutes but you could be there for a hour or hours or never hear from front desk staff but over a phone call that one of the house keepers has to make which makes the experience feel unprofessional. The rooms were clean the house cleaning and maintenance was professional

Friendly staff. Newer and pretty clean. Signage states linens will be cleaned every 3rd day, but if you need clean towels, more soap, they will take care of your needs. Breakfast was decent ... always sausage, potatoes, cereals, hb eggs, waffles, sweet rolls ... weekends sausage gravy and bisquits

The highest rating is due to Evie, the head clerks dog. Such a comforting and homey presence. I saw zero bad interactions with her and countless warm greetings. That said, I had no shower curtain and the bathroom was always wet. The entry light switch in 304 seemed to have a short. The art in that room was cold and uninteresting. Evie, tho was a ten star geater.

The room itself was decent, but the staff were not pleasant. They seemed unwilling to interact with guests, especially certain customers. The customer service was terrible, and because of that, I would never stay here again. The electricity in my room went out, and I was told it would be fixed, but it wasn't. When I returned to my room, I had to call the front desk again, only for them to simply flip a switch to restore the power. Overall, the room was okay, but the customer service needs significant improvement. A better guest experience starts with friendly, responsive staff.
