I have stayed in Fort Collins many times at bargain hotels, boutique hotels and Airbnbs, and this was one of the best properties in the bunch based on price, location and amenities. The staff was on point, the breakfast was reliably good and all the things I wanted to go do in Old Town Fort Collins and points beyond were mere minutes away. I can totally see myself staying here again.

The room was very clean and everything in the room was in good order. The hotel has all the amenities that a traveler would want, including jacuzzi, pool and nice lobby. The kitchen was set up and ready to go early and the food was appealing. Parking was easy and plentiful. Will stay with them again.

The rate was okay and the fact that they allowed pets worked for us because we were in a bind and had to take our small dog with us. Otherwise, the hotel is on a busy, noisy street, the outdoor hot tub was partially drained and unusable, the pool was uninviting, the indoor hot tub was pretty green and cloudy. Rooms were okay. Not especially comfortable. Had to unplug the refrigerator after we'd gone to sleep when it started making a high-pitched noise. Check-in, and check-out with Nicole was fine. She was friendly and helpful. We did not take advantage of the free breakfast as we have a favorite spot to enjoy breakfast when we're in town. Overall, we would not choose to stay here again even though it is fairly close to our son's new home.
