Great stay for the money. Nice balcony overlooking the locks. Parking is easy once understood ( free parking on small roadway across the street). Staff were very friendly and helpful. Recommend coming before the café and shop down stairs close.

Great place! Excellent location and super clean. It really worth the price! I totally recommend this hotel if you’re visiting this magical place. This hotel doesn’t has car park as such, but free perking spaces are available less than 2 minutes walk. Keep in mind that the majority of places to eat open late and close early.

Busy check in with such a late check in time at 4pm - felt very rushed to get in, and had people piling up behind us. Then rushed again to get out by 10am. Really doesn't feel like value for money to have such a late check in and early check out. Balcony of Loch Lochy not private and our bathtub was clearly visible to those on the next door balcony. Good view of the canal though and fairly comfortable bed. Very quiet room.
