“I stayed 3 nights and they didn’t have at the pet’s station bags, Also the trash cans at the hotel were full, apparently no one were empty them during my stay. Also one of back exit doors were unable to be opened with the card”

“This place is awesome. We've stayed here a couple of times and it is always clean, quiet, and SO COMFORTABLE. The beds are awesome. Good water pressure. We're typically in town for events at Basement East so the location is prime. We love The Russell and book for almost every trip to Nashville. ”
