Was a great stay overall. The staff is super friendly and it’s a small hotel so you actually get to know some of the other guests as well. The only thing I would improve is the pool closing time which is at 19:30 when there is a good 2 hours of sunlight left

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel . The staff were very welcoming Michelle , Guiseppe and Ahmed and tried to help with every need . So much so I’m hoping to return next year . I did find the WiFi unpredictable especially in my bedroom where I was trying to watch some prime video and was frustrating . The pool is just lovely and the spa . Roberta gave me a lovely massage and tried to help with my leg and feet issues . The spa area is beautiful and gardens surrounding it . Shuttle service very useful too . Thankyou

The property is in a beautiful, but somewhat remote, and so not near any cafes or restaurants, beaches etc. We had a car and the hotel does offer a free regular shuttle but you cant really walk to places. The property is very well maintained with a lovely pool and patio sitting area overlooking the sea. Spa amenities were average and a little dated. The food options were very limited, with one a-la -carte restaurant with limited hours (we didn't go to it) , and a pretty extensive daily buffet. Food quality is quite good at the buffet. The room we had was a small suite with an amazing private patio with a view of the water over cliffs. We did have an issue with a strong chemical (cleaner smell?) but the management quickly moved us to an adjacent and lovely room. During our stay, the clients were mostly older retired folks so expect a pretty quiet and low key environment. If you are looking for night life, this is not for you. Bring a good book and relax!

Beautiful views, excellent food and wonderful staff and good facilities (although dated). The problem is the location, without some sort of transportation, its very difficult to see the island, and taxis are quite pricey. That being said, the hotel does offer an hourly shuttle to forio port and citara beach.

Wonderful stay beautiful hotel

This is a beautiful hotel situated high above the sea. The pool area is so beautiful. Our balcony room faced a beautiful sunset each night. Everyone is so nice and helpful. The front desk went out of their way to help us with shuttles, ferries and all are needs. We enjoyed the lovely breakfast and the fabulous restaurants. The bar area is lovely and the drinks and music so nice each evening. There is a beautiful spa. We absolutely loved our stay here. Defiantly would go back!

Outstanding in beauty, staff, facilities and every detail! Excellent services, delicious food with literally hundreds of options. The view was stunning, the bed was comfortable, the room was perfect— get the jr suite for the huge patio with a view of the cliff and sea. We read in the garden, we swam in the pools, and soaked in the tubs of thermal waters. We made friends and got to know the staff— the army of servers were so attentive. There were people of all ages that we celebrated with at the Saturday night “banquet” where one of the gentlemen sung. The free breakfast was huge. — so many choices that I worry about them making a profit. How can they give so much and hire so many? The spa services were also great. Everything was top level but at a small price. Back home, this lodging would be 5 times the price. This hotel Grace is a hidden gem! The shuttle was on time except when I made them late once. Sorry. Pay attention to where they will pick you up after your adventure. We saw so much of the island but also wanted to just relax at the resort. It was a 5-star experience at a lesser price. We hope to return someday.

We booked it as it was rated very high with positive reviews. In reality it is a mixed bag with some positives and some disappointing things as well. Our room was called a "Superior", however there was nothing Superior. No coffee machine, no kettle, no iron, not even a complimentary water. Instead, it was just small fridge with drinks. I was explained that fridge is reserved for "pay for" drinks and that own drinks will incur extra charge. Breakfast is exact same every single day and very basic, definitely not 4 star level. Dinner is for set price only and all drinks, wine is extra. So, if you want just a glass of wine and local fish it is not possible to order. Instead, you are charged 35/40€ pp for all you can eat type of dinner. Location is nice and clean though with nice views. Staff is friendly and helpful. It just is a pity that few little things and their strange terms weren't to my satisfaction.
