Didn’t like there wasn’t water to drink

We had a premium twin room and unfortunately our view was a brick wall for our 5 night stay (we knew it was a possibility). However, after checking in we noticed our room had some small leftover bits from the previous guest that housekeeping missed. Things we did love were the complimentary mini bar and the gym with peloton bike. The hotel is close to the subway which was welcomed after long days exploring the city. Happy hour being available at the hotel was a nice too.

I found everything to be great about the Belvedere: good location to restaurants, Times Square, theaters etc... staff welcoming and helpful...room was spacious, clean and kitchenette was great to have. I've been there before and will be again and again.

The staff is wonderful, very helpful and kind. The room itself is a bit shabby -- outlets did not work, shade on the window was frayed, outer shade was broken (though the staff fixed it once it was pointed out), drawer on bedside table kept opening and wouldn't stay shut. The location is perfect for midtown. Patrons should also know that the rooftop bar is a business and space is not widely open to hotel patrons who aren't dining. You can sit at the bar and have a drink, but most of the area is reserved for the business.

Staff sometimes rude, Floors in room sticky not cleaned well, safe didn’t work in room. It was okay, nice area, bar and lounge. Timing of cafe not as convenient.

Most of the staff was pleasant and informative. I enjoyed the amenities and ambiance of the hotel. My absolute favorite thing was being invited to a free YinYoga meditation class. It was a pleasant suprise during my stay. I would most definitely stay at Arlo NoMad again!
