It was quite pleasant and peaceful I was offered non smoking room, staff were also friendly and helpful when i called them, i saw some rating mentioned about their rooms condition but my room was great in terms of stay , what else you expect from two star hotel

This place is a great stay! Clean rooms besides a pinkish stain on one of the blankets, but didnt come off as dirty just random. Full directv and great quality picture. Good microwave and fridge. The staff is kind and they give you your privacy. There is a lot of food choices nearby. Overall, just a nice experience.

My friends and I reserved 3 separate rooms for ourselves due to a wedding. The people who own and run this place are great. So kind, even when we received a noise complaint! Our rooms were well take care of and were fully accommodating.

For the location (Forest City/Spindale) and the price per night, I was blown away. I thought for sure with how cheap it was there would at least be roaches in the rooms? But they were very clean, staff was friendly, and I would be happy to stay again. However, just know going into it that this isn’t the Hilton or some other upscale hotel, it’s affordable, and they do this very well.

The stay was nice - we were moved from one leaky room to another, but wasnt really upset about it....didn't really blame the staff. I have no real complaints - good tv package, normal clean rooms, good showers, and was quiet. Only thing i would say is not enough pillows in the room but that's it.

It was clean and water was hot for a shower.was not sure about the bed spread on the bed.yellow and stained.i didn't user it.no cell phone service and internet wouldn't work.convenient to eateries and stores.mostly quiet.if you are on a limited budget it gets the job done.no daily house keeping.

Not really clean. Was a few pregnant roaches in my room and it just had a slightly moldy smell. Not well taken care of at all .but it was a place to sleep for a night.

Overall good stay

My stay was for business purposes. I arrived late at night and left early. The room was clean and comfortable. Albeit the hotel was obviously an older one, the room was clean and everything worked fine. Both front desk clerks with whom I had interactions, were friendly and professional. I do have to say that, even though I arrived too late to use the pool, it was not only out of service, but also served as a large frog pond.

In general the hotel for the price was okay. The air conditioning unit was loud as was the refrigerator but it did cost less than half of other hotels in the area.

The hotel needs to get updated comforters and towels to match their updated rooms. The comforters are old and outdated and the towels were stained and couple had wholes in them.
