HĂŽtel trĂšs bien situĂ©, personnel charmant et efficace. Les chambres sont spacieuses, trĂšs propres et la literie de qualitĂ©. Seules ombres au tableau, la dĂ©co dĂ©suĂšte des chambres et des communs. Montagne ne rime pas forcĂ©ment avec lambris. En outre, le petit-dĂ©jeuner Ă  18€ est trop cher pour la prestation.

Bien grĂące au personnel

Un bon sĂ©jour en famille, au frais. Le personnel de l'HĂŽtel Ă©tait trĂšs chaleureux, accueillants, de bons conseils et bienveillants. L'hĂŽtel semble avoir Ă©tĂ© un hĂŽtel trĂšs sympa il y a quelques annĂ©es mais il est Ă  prĂ©sent dans son jus. La salle de sport est rouillĂ©e, les parties communes sont dans leur jus... idem que la salle de bain. NĂ©anmoins, les chambres sont trĂšs propres, et le petit dĂ©jeuner trĂšs bon. Cet hĂŽtel fait le job pour une semaine oĂč plein d'activitĂ©s sont prĂ©vues.

Apprécié Amabilité du personnel et du gérant,restaurant dans l hotel,coin salon cheminee,espace jeux ,tout commerces à proximité. Moins apprécié le bruit de la rue et insonorisation des chambres on se croit dans la chambre avec les voisins!surtout quand ils sont en plein ebats amoureux et qu on a un pre ado qui est gené d entendre ça !

Un peu vieillot mais de qualité

TrĂšs apprĂ©ciĂ© d'ĂȘtre au centre de Font Romeu. Personnel trĂšs sympa. Prix du petit dĂ©jeuner excessif. RĂ©servĂ© chambre 2 mois Ă  l'avance avec un grand lit et me suis retrouvĂ© avec 2 petits lits. Pour le reste rien Ă  dire.

mitigé mais personnel adorable et engaggé.

špersonnel trĂšs accueillant sympathique et rĂ©actif. sĂ©jour en pĂ©riode creuse, donc restaurant fermĂ©. Mais petit dĂ©jeuner buffet parfait et trĂšs agrĂ©able. et un bon point pour ĂȘtre un des rares hotels ouverts! Chambre propre et confortable. Regret pour l'absence de vue , balcon en vis Ă  vis des immeubles, ambiance gĂ©nĂ©rale "triste" malgrĂ© les gros efforts de dĂ©co "Halloween", liĂ©e au style "annĂ©es 60". AccĂšs suppose plusieurs volĂ©es de marches, portes coupe feu trĂšs lourdes et poignĂ©es pĂ©nibles Ă  ouvrir. Merci d'avoir supprimĂ© le produit de nettoyage parfumĂ©.!

TrÚs déçu du séjour . Réservation demandée avec lit double se retrouve avec deux lit simple .Propreté à revoir que ce soit dans les chambres ou la salle de restauration . Prix abusifs pour le petit déjeuner. Ne méritent pas 3 étoiles ! Séjour beaucoup trop chers pour la globalité des services .

Nous avons eu une chambre rĂ©novĂ©e ! Bon point ! En revanche le sol au wc TĂąchĂ© (douteux) idem dans la salle de bain, le lit en 140, pas confortable, pour le reste c’est correct, par contre les partiez comunes dont les memes depuis 30 ans ! Il serait temps de tout refaire quand mĂȘme ? Plus vieillot tu peux pas !! Toutefois le personnel est agrĂ©able
