I called the hotel the morning after leaving and let them know I forgot my cell phone power block that plugs in the wall. I'm quite sure it should be there. They checked but didn't find it.(??) I hope they locate it and can send it to me. The place has a new name and has been remodeled. It is in nice shape compared to my previous stay there.

Blackout curtain did not work. This was at 9:00 at night we weren't going to ask the staff to come up. It was stuck in the highest position. When we came back from dinner. We noticed police cars in the driveway in the entrance. There was no staff at the desk. The police told us that we could go to our room, but there are policemen with guns pulled out on that floor. Why wasn't there any staff to deal deal with the guest? Totally unacceptable

Check in was easy except when we got to our room, the keys didn’t work. Husband went to get different keys and as he was getting ready to go back down a second time for more keys, the front desk guy came up with a screw driver and changed out the battery so it would work. Essentially he obviously knew the battery was bad. Room was very small. Then we left and when we arrive back the door was open which it appeared like even though I pulled it shut but it never really shut. Thankfully we didn’t have anything important in there. Woke up at 730 to what sounded similar to an impact drill being used. Very frustrating. Likely would pass on this hotel if needed one in future.

We got in late and were happy just to have a place to sleep. Paid ALOT because of the local air show. Our room had no working light switches other than the bathroom. The light under the tv stayed on all night because the switch didn’t work. The lights and outlets next to the bed didn’t work. Only one working outlet in the room. Free breakfast had no hot food left at 8am. They said they would put more on but we hung around for 15 minutes and nothing happened. Also stains on the bed. Paying $400 for one night I feel we should get better regardless of the fact it’s not a 5 star hotel. Extremely disappointing.
