We have stayed several times at this location. The restaurant is convient, a good value and the staff often stays late to accommodate later diners. Front desk staff are helpful and always cheerful. Rooms are clean, comfortable and we do not often hear other guests. We apprentice the hospitality.

CONS: Had to wait for room to be ready when arriving at 4pm (check in time says room should be ready by 3) and front desk did not call us up while waiting in the lobby. We waited 30 minutes and went to ask and they said it was ready. PROS: Good electric outlet availability near the bed. Overall, it was your average hotel, clean, quiet, but slightly tired looking. Nothing bad, nothing special.

I enjoyed the friendly staff and the convenience this hotel offered. We enjoyed the hot tub, ate at the restaurant on site a few times and never had issues. Friendly staff! Kid and pet friendly facility! Will be back again next time we are in the area.

Awesome stay!!

I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel!! From the fast and friendly check in, a comfortable room, a great pool and whirlpool (both at nice temperatures), the bar (free drink coupon), the amazing Benvenutos Restaurant (Lasagna was amazing!), to the range of choices at the breakfast buffet...just a wonderful stay!!
