Couldn't get into room until 45 minutes after regular check in time because it wasn't ready yet; nothing offered to make up for it, just could cancel stay if we wanted to... not a great plan! Breakfast was okay, Bed was very comfortable!

Cheryl made breakfast for us and she was the sweetest. She made sausage biscuit and gravy twice because we like it! The breakfast provided has great options. The hotel staff were friendly and present. My only complaint are the rooms. The rooms are a little musky... need better ventilation in the rooms and carpets you can tell are old. Had to buy slippers to walk around. Blanket are super thin too. But other than that we didnt mind for the price they offer for our budget while we were in town for a quick visit.

Killed numerous bugs in the room. Spider webs in corners, food and candy under the bed. Staff was courteous, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.

Great suite with 3 beds. The room with two twin beds was small, but adequate. The main bedroom was very nice with a sitting area and table with 4 chairs. Nice bathroom. Only downside was the elevator was not working that day and this room size was not available on the first floor. Challenging for one of our guests. Do recommend and will return.

Very friendly staff! Front desk and breakfast staff beyond nice. Had a jetted tub room, the drain for the tub wasn't removable limiting being able to use the Jacuzzi more than once. The tub/shower in the bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned for some time

The room was very nice and clean and the staff was great and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and offered an abundance of different breakfast selections. The only thing I noticed was that the overhead fan above the hot-tub in the room was not working, so the room smelled like mildew until I aired it out. The lights were flickering at times so the building must be old and in need of love. The pool was very nice and the jacuzzi was perfectly warm. All together my experience was very good and one i wont forget.

Staff were phenomenal! Super friendly, and helpful. The room was ok. I wasn't super impressed only because there were stains on the carpet, the bathroom sink did not drain. There were bad stains on the furniture. It was outdated. Probably would not stay there again.
