The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the food was great. We chose it for the proximity to Le Shuttle and had a very early crossing so no breakfast! The only down side was that the building had scaffolding up and that spoiled the look and our view.

Had a great room at front on top floor with great sea view. Room and hotel were clean. Did not have breakfast. Possibly understaffed. One night we got back at 9:30 and bar was closed. Lift was out Ok for us but was a problem for some other guests. Would probably use again . Hard to choose between this and the nearby voco.

The heating was on in the bedroom, so a tad on the hot side till we turned radiators off and opened windows as far as the safety guards allowed, but this is small beer for an excellently priced and clean hotel under a good brand like Radisson too. The staff were polite and attentive, as were those who worked in the dining room. We shall be staying there again.
