This property isn't located in the tourist area, but down the street in a neighborhood with nice houses. It's very quiet and secluded**, which is exactly what we wanted. There's also a trail that leads to a private beach. There's a really nice seafood restaurant about a half mile away but if you want to be in the thick of things or be walkable to many attractions, then I'd suggest you stay somewhere else. Breakfast is included and it was incredible - the typical Brazilian selection of cakes, cheeses, meats and eggs made to order. I'd easily stay here again. **There are two dogs on the property. They're very friendly but can bark at random times.

Limpeza excelente. CafĂ© da manhĂŁ excelente. Atendimento excelente. O lugar e a vista sĂŁo lindas. O silĂȘncio Ă© a melhor parte. ExtraordinĂĄrio. Mas tem alguns cachorros que “moram” no hotel e, para quem tem problema com animais, pode se sentir desconfortĂĄvel. Acredito que essa informação Ă© relevante para constar na descrição do hotel nas plataformas, pois embora a mim nĂŁo tenha incomodado, se minha mĂŁe fosse pra lĂĄ comigo, por exemplo, ela que tem muito medo, teria muita dificuldade, atĂ© porque os cachorros sao os primeiros a aparecerem e dar as boas vindas. Contudo, reafirmo que nĂŁo tivemos nenhum problema com eles. SĂŁo mansinhos e quietos.

A energia do local é surreal, as fotos não conseguem captar. Quarto confortåvel e vista belíssima. Limpeza e hospitalidade impecåveis. A banheira é uma delícia e o café também. E ainda demos sorte de pegar um por do sol lindo para assistir da sacada. Recomendo demais!

Eine sehr schöne AtmosphĂ€re und ein sehr angenehmes Ambiente bietet diese privat gefĂŒhrte Unterkunft. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und als Gast warst du der „König“. Die Unterkunft selber liegt sehr ruhig mit/ von einem großen Garten umgeben. Die Stadt FlorianĂłpolis ist mit dem Auto sehr gut zu erreichen.
