Funcionários despreparados, a porta do quarto não funcionava, tínhamos que ficar pedindo pra alguém da recepção abrir a porta, quarto imundo, sujo, lençóis encardidos, o chuveiro do nosso quarto não tinha água quente, estava todo mofado e pra ajudar com chave de outro, a privada não funcionava. Triste e lamentável, pagamos mais de 600 reais a diária por um hotel que não valia 50,00. Café da manhã fraco e totalmente abaixo do padrão pela diária cobrada. Fizemos reclamação na recepção e os funcionários era nítido a percepção deles que não tinham o que fazer e não aguentaveam mais dar desculpas . AS FOTOS DO SITE NÃO CONDIZEM COM A REALIDADE!
