Nothing worked, everything was broken: A/C, toilet, fridge, tv amd the remote, we had to move 3 times during our five days stay. Very dirty and smelly. The breakfast was ok, fresh fruits, nice staff, they tried their best.

A manutenção esstava muito ruim, torneira pingando dia e noite, as vezes ela soltava de vez e ficava lietaralmente aberta, caindo água como quem está usando para lavar o rosto. Tinha que ficar apertando para conseguir fechar novamente. O chuveiro não esquentava o suficiente e várias vezes paroou por completo de sair água, no meio do banho; o estacionamento é enorme (descoberto e ruim de descarregar), porém, custa R$ 50,00/diária (não informada antes, apenas no checkin). A localização é boa para trabalho, mas não para passeio.

O chuveiro não esquentava. No teto do banheiro tinha um buraco que ficava pingando água, se você estivesse utilizando o vaso, a água fica pingando em você. Os cobertores, estão encardido, bem manchados. O café da manhã e muito bom, com bastante variedades. Tanto o recepcionista que nós recebeu, como a do checkout, fora muito educados. O estacionamento você tem que pagar a parte o valor de R$50,00 reais por diária.

Gostei muito da hospedagem. A localização perto de tudo ,o atendimento foi excelente, todos muito atenciosos e educados. As roupas de cama estavam bem limpas e branquinhas, trazendo uma sensação de conforto e cuidado. O café da manhã também estava muito bom, com variedades e tudo muito saboroso. Com certeza voltaria a me hospedar novamente.

Equipe muito atenciosa e educada! Localizacao excelente, proximo da rodoviaria, Av. Rio Branco, supermercado e uma curta caminhada da ponte Hercilio Luz e de todo o comercio central. Bom sinal WIFI e bom cafe da manha. O quarto prwcisa de pequenos reparos, pois ha cupins destruindo os moveis e o chuveiro nao esquenta, alem dos registros de temperaturas estarem trocados.

Fiquei outro dia no hotel e peguei um quarto bem pior. Esse foi bem melhor porém, ainda com limpeza terrível. Novamente sem condições de entrar no banheiro descalço e nem sentar no sanitário. Banheiro sujo com cabelos e melecas no vidro do box. Paredes sujas. Quando entramos no quarto, não tinha nem toalhas e nem lençóis para usarmos. Tive que descer até a recepção para buscar. Ainda nos deram toalhas manchadas e lençol rasgado. Para apenas uma noite, foi suportável. Mais que isso é tortura.

Já conheço o hotel e me hospedo pela localização, pois vou sempre a trabalho. A gente faz um esforço pra ficar pq o preço realmente é a única coisa que funciona neste hotel. Desta vez só deu certo após 3 trocas de quartos. Água fria, cama quebrada, torneiras vazando, falta de toalhas, funcionários desanimadas são os pontos fortes do hotel.
