Tivemos uma péssima experiência no local, começando pelo fato de o local ser sujo, Quarto com mofo, lençóis sujos, travesseiros manchados, o coberto com cheiro de mofo. Em relação ao conforto acústico. Nota zero, tivemos que sair de madrugada do local porque os funcionários não tem controle do que os outros hóspedes fazem. O local exige que não faça barulho, mas não fiscaliza. O quarto em frente ao nosso tinham pessoas com som altíssimo às 3 DA MADRUGADA. Um total desrespeito. Não recomendamos o local. Fora que não tivemos respostas do local após fazermos a reclamação. Nem no dia seguinte deram uma satisfação...

Bom, mas poderia ser melhor.

A pousada é incrível, o espaço muito bem utilizado a recepção e sala relax são maravilhosas, o atendimento deixou um pouco a desejar, fiquei 7 dias e nenhum dia foi feito arrumação no meu quarto e nem no banheiro que ficava no ambiente externo da pousada, o café da manhã é bem básico. Precisei muuuuito de um ferro de passar e não tinha (item básico com preço bem acessível para ter em um meio de hospedagem) Mas tudo bem. Uma funcionária da recepção em específico, de óculos (esqueci o nome dela) Sorry, é muito atenciosa, tivemos problemas com o quarto e ela foi super atenciosa e resolveu o problema. Amei o lugar mas alguns pontos bem básicos como arrumação, variedades no café, atendimento e simpatia com o cliente, barulho de música e pessoas nos quartos da frente da pousada de manhã, deixaram um pouco a desejar.
