Check in/out process was easy and quick, amenities were good, room was tidy and breakfast was ok. O hotel central e fica perto de tudo, o que facilitou muito os deslocamentos e permitiu fazer quase tudo a pé. ​O café da manhã é um dos grandes destaques: muito saboroso, fartamente servido e com uma excelente variedade de opções para todos os gostos. ​Toda a equipe do hotel é extremamente atenciosa e cortês, mas faço um agradecimento especial ao Moisés, da recepção. Estacionamento do hotel nao comporta todos os carros dos hóspedes, tivemos que deixar a chave para manobrista estacionar em local incerto.
