Acredito que o ponto negativo foi mais relacionado a conseguir entrar em contato com o pessoal da recepção enquanto estava no quarto hotel. Tive duas situações em que liguei várias vezes e não atendiam e precisei descer nas duas vezes para tentar contato com eles. Outro ponto mediano foi relacionado ao café da manhã, sempre a mesma coisa, poucas opções e não uma sanduicheira pra tentar mudar um pouco. Mas no geral é um hotel tranquilo e muito bem localizado! Fomos bem atendidos, trocavam roupas de cama e toalhas todos os dias e também limpavam, nada a reclamar sobre isso.

Atendimento lento, despreparo da equipe, a chave do quarto não funcionou, estava no 15° andar e desci 3x para tentar resolver, até que um funcionário se obrigou a subir para abrir o quarto que estava com cheiro ruim, chuveiro com pouca água, banheiro sem secador de cabelos. Primeira hospedagem no hotel e não voltarei.

Instalações com baratinhas pelo banheiro e corredor do hotel (tenho fotos), pessoas gritando no corredor, banheiro grudado com banheiro se escutava realizando as “necessidades”, obras com barulho sem possibilidade de descanso à tarde. Pessoas com crianças no mesmo andar que casais com barulhos o tempo inteiro. Hospedagem para trabalho é um a doia dias, foi um PESADELO!!’

Hotel desorganizado, equipe despreparada.

Chegamos uma hora após o horário de início do check-in e não havia quarto disponível para a gente. Tivemos que esperar encontrarem um quarto que só tinha uma cama (na reserva foi solicitado com duas) e quando estávamos no quarto abriram a porta sem nem bater, foi uma situação extremamente desconfortável, além de ter o quadro de energia exposto no quarto e que só foi consertado após nossa reclamação enquanto estávamos hospedadas.
