Terrible hotel

The worst hotel in the world. The noise is horrible. If you are in a group and people needs to go to your room, they charge you US$ 30.00. People is very rude at the reception. If you need room service, forge it. They have a restaurant but they don’t go to your room. The toilet was dirty. I need to clean. A bottle of water cost 5 euros !!!

Equipe muito atenciosa, café da manhã é bom. Poderia ter instalações melhores no quarto e banheiro, por exemplo, dentro do box só tem espaço para saboneteira (não tem onde colocar shampoo e condicionador), tinha um colchão embaixo da cama que dava a impressão de sujeira.

Excelente experiência! Café da manhã impecável, com várias opções e que variavam a cada dia. Cama super confortável, mesmo a de casal sendo 2 de solteiro juntas, travesseiro muito bom, edredom quentinho… nunca dormi tão bem em hotel. A localização foi excelente para o local do meu curso, funcionários educados e solícitos. Única questão que deixou a desejar foi o contato aqui dentro do aplicativo antes da minha chegada, poderia melhorar.
