Estadia muito confortável, como sempre! Esta é a minha sexta vez no hotel, e continuo gostando muito do ambiente acolhedor e das comodidades oferecidas. No entanto, desta vez, houve uma construção ao lado que não foi informada previamente. Minha intenção era relaxar e descansar, mas a partir das 7h da manhã havia muito barulho da obra, o que prejudicou essa experiência. Senti falta de um aviso sobre a situação, pois, se soubesse, teria considerado se seguiria com a estadia. Espero que possam melhorar essa comunicação no futuro.

Hotel mediano e nao de luxo

O local é razoável, para ter o nome de resort de Luxo nao faz jus, trata-se de um hotel praiano mediano. A acomodacao esta bem antiga, a limpeza muito precaria, no box tinham fios de cabelo qndo fiz checkin, embaixo da cama auxiliar cheio de sujeira e uma seringa, que algum hospede anterior deve ter usado… os funcionários muito cortes, atenciosos.

As instalações coletivas são excelentes. Fiquei no apartamento 4104 - torre IV. O frigobar não conserva os alimentos, só o congelador funciona. O chuveiro vaza água na conexão. Ducha higiênica com vazamento. Limpeza nos azulejos do box deixa a desejar.

Tudo muito bom. Única coisa que me chamou atenção é que o prédio em si está precisando de uma manutenção nas fachadas. Estão velhas/sujas. E também é um pouco estranho os quartos com sacadas próximas. Nossa vizinha ficou ao telefone na sacada dela, e parecia que estava dentro do nosso quarto falando. A construção ao lado do quarto não atrapalhou. Não estavam trabalhando.

Em relação ao IL CAMPANARIO, só posso dizer q foi a melhor férias q já tive em minha vida, q Resort maravilhoso, em todos os aspectos. O Resort conta com 3 piscinas, sendo 1 fria (bem grande) e 2 aquecidas, um pouco menores mas de excelente tamanho tbem, sendo uma delas coberta. PRAIA: Acesso a praia é excelente e a praia é magnífica, tem uma saída pelos fundos q fica a poucos metros da praia, ao chegar na areia, já tem um funcionário pronto pra montar o guarda sol e cadeiras pra vc, tudo por conta do Campanario, sem custos e um ótimo atendimento. REFEIÇÃO: Esse talvez seja o "maior problema", um café da manhã custa R$86 por pessoa no Campanario, diante dessa informação, nem tive coragem de perguntar os valores de almoço e janta kkkkk No Flet tinha um microondas, cafeteira e frigobar, oq foi mais do suficiente pra resolver o problema do café da manhã, fui a um mercado próx (2,5km) e comprei alguns pães de forma, café, coador, açúcar e pronto, problema resolvido. ALMOÇO... Demorei um pouco a achar um local "acessível R$", Restaurante TRADICIONAL(nome do restaurante) um pouco mais pros lados de Canasvieiras, a uns 3km do Campanario, tem um almoço por KG ou buffet livre, R$29,90 e tem uma comida maravilhosa, valor ótimo pelo oq oferece, único problema é q só funciona até as 14h e não abre aos Domingos. JANTA. É um pouco mais caro, mas tem um centro nos fundos do Campanario com ótimas opções. ESTACIONAMENTO, muito fácil ao lado do Campanario, não a necessidade de usar o pago

Decepção

Reservamos este hotel na mesma cidade onde residimos, pois queríamos um dia de folga no nosso aniversário de casamento. Check in somente a partir das 15h mas demos entrada no hotel e fomos para a piscina ansiosos para fazer um brinde com um ótimo drink pelo nosso aniversário. O bar fechou também e não abriu mais Isso aconteceu as 16h de um sábado com a piscina lotada Ficamos sem poder tomar uma água sequer No dia seguinte, no check out achei que seria perguntada sobre a hospedagem, se tinha gostado, onde pretendia fazer uma reclamacao, porém, ninguém perguntou nada

Studio suite com cheiro de mofo, vaso sanitário com odor de banheiro público, pia entupida, camareiras não arrumaram o quarto, nem trocaram toalhas, estacionamento foi cobrado, sendo que constava na reserva estacionamento incluso… Obs: suíte alugada de proprietário
