Pousada com casa de show não combina

Não recomendo esse hotel pq ele tem um espaço de eventos que não tem nenhum isolamento acústico. Estava tendo uma festa no hotel até as 3h da manhã. Parecia que a banda estava tocando dentro do quarto. Sem contar também as pessoas conversando na frente do quarto. Não consegui dormir nada. Fui reclamar com a gerente e ela informou que há 40anos é dessa forma. Hotel e casa de show ao mesmo tempo. Portanto, entendi que não adiantava reclamar que eles não iriam mudar nada. Não recomendo esse hotel para descanso

Hotel muito confortável e aconchegante. O atendimento é de primeira também. Muito limpo, com um café da manhã magnifico: frutas variadas, nolos, tortas, sucos, iogurtes, cremes de frutas, pães, caldos. Amei!!

Infelizmente tivemos uma péssima experiencia! O hotel não tinha água quente, a justificativa: o boiler não estava funcionando. Não tinha cobertor no quarto. Em um quarto para 3 pessoas, só tinham 2 toalhas. Frigobar vazio. Chuveiro extremamente sujo, enferrujado e haviam baratas mortas pelos corredores! Quando reportamos isso ao recepcionista, o mesmo não tomou providência alguma!

This hotel is supposed to be the best in Floriano. The property is clean, nicely decorated and id a full service hotel. The pool area was pleasant and there is a lounge area for drinks. The breakfast was disappointing, with a substandard selection of items. For the price it is OK.

Bom dia Hotel muito bonito e grande Porém o chuveiro não tem água quente torneira de plástico, e tampa do vaso solta um perigo para um idoso. o rapaz nos levou pra os quartos com a lanterna do celular. sendo que tinha lampadas com sensor de presencia. só que estava virado para cima. o meu esposo que viu e baixou.

Estrutura muito boa.

O hotel é bom, confortável e em boa localização, café da manhã médio, mas o terrível é o atendimento de todos os funcionários, desde a recepção aos garçons, o que salvou foi uma senhora de idade que nos deu algumas orientações e nos recebeu bem, vimos ela várias vezes orientando alguns funcionários e então acredito que ela seja a dona, mas fora ela coitada, terrível atendimento, e é uma pena pois o hotel ten tudo para ser excelente. Mas recomendo para passagem pela cidade.

Estando em viagem de carro retornando para minha cidade, o pernoite de uma noite foi tranquilo. A limpeza do quarto deixou um pouco a desejar. No mais um local seguro para pernoitar e com boa infraestrutura. O café da manhã muito bom com muitas frutas disponíveis.
