Comfortable, well-run hotel. Helpful staff, especially the concierge and reception staff. The balconies are stylish but not much use for sitting out - better to opt for a bigger room. The menus are unchanging apart from the "specials".

All the facilities we tried - the pool, breakfast, were great. The staff were great although, on occasions, a little difficult to understand. But this didn't detract from our visit. The only two small reservations we had were: - the size of the Executive room - Room 227 - which was a little small for moving around. However, your very helpful Neville showed us some alternative Executive Rooms that are larger and we will aim to have one of these on our next stay. - the evening menu in the restaurant appeared to us to be a little unimaginative. Otherwise a lovely though short stay on this occasion:o)
