The location was extermely spectacular. The staff at the hotel were very helpful amd supportive, in addition to speaking English. As to the breakfast, was served daily and had met my expectations. I would definitely stay next time I visit.

Beautiful location close enough to the city, but tucked away from the busy streets. Room was basic but has all essentials and a comfortable bed. Staff were welcoming. I will be returning here on my next visit to Florence!

I have spent only one night in the villa. From outside, it looks exactly how you would expect an italian villa on the Florence hills to look like, elegant, sorrounded by green. The room was quite simple and from my room I could hear other guests speaking at night from the corridor. The breakfast is italian style (i.e. mostly sweets and some warm toasts).

This “hotel” was more like a old hospital. The layout was super weird and did not resemble a hotel at all. The rooms were tiny and very basic, beds were extremely uncomfortable and there were no basic ammenities. Not even soap in the bathrooms. The location is around a 20 min bus ride out of the city - it’s a nice area but not close to anything. I really would not recconebd staying here to anyone

As the prices are very high in Florence these rates for a night are reasonable. But the standard is poor. Rusty parts in the bathroom. You can hear any noise of your neighbours (from sex-life to snoring). Breakfast is good but the breakfastroom reminds to an waitinghall at the trainstation. At Check-out no WiFi connection so nobody could pay their stay by card, only cash possible. Perfect bus-stop in max 100m (line 7 to Florence Station and Fiesole)

Unique property up in the hills. Glad I stayed here. After arrivingin Florence by train, I found a news stand across the street and purchased some bus tickets for 1.50 Euros (A pack of 10 for 14 Euros). Found the stop for bus #7 and was on my way.A scenic 20 minute ride left me at the base of the hotel. The next 50 uphill meters were a struggle, hauling 50 pounds of luggage in the midday heat, but it was worth it. Arrived at a beautiful property in a scenic setting. The staff was very polite and helpful. My room was great with a comfortable bed. The only downside was the small TV that got very few chanels. Breakfast was served at 7:30, and the early bird is rewarded with a great selection, but most food is replenished as guests arrive and some new and tasty treats showed up. I did walk to the nearby town further up the road and had a mixed experience eating at the pasta place on thr right side of town, maybe you will have better luck. Unfortunately my room did not have a view (313), but I would stay here again when I return to Florence.

Buiten de stad halverwege fiesole in een nette oude villa. Uitzicht op Florence. Ontbijt niet uitgebreid maar genoeg. Handige busverbinding en beloopbaar restaurants richting fiesole.

I booked this as a solo traveller and, even if I felt welcomed and everything was smooth, it is an inconvenient location specially to arrive during the evening or night when it gets dark. The buffet breakfast and all the staff were great, but I wouldn't go back as a solo traveller just because of the convenience and safety to get there by myself.

Schöne Villa direkt aufn Berg. Ist ein bisschen außerhalb dafür aber mit tollen Blick. Der Bus 7 fährt direkt bis vor die Tür fasst. Wer wie wir zum Fußball möchte kann sogar hinlaufen. Frühstück war ok nichts besonderes aber da es im Preis mit drin ist sollte man sich nicht beschweren. Da wir nur zum schlafen dort waren reichten uns 4 Betten und Dusche /Bad von daher alles ok.
