Check in was smooth. Host communicated efficiently. Property is located very local to the town centre so very easy to travel from the hotel into the centre of Florence. It’s very close to all the key tourist sites. Hotel itself was quite cosy, floors were a little dirty and there were a few ants if you happened to drop some food on the floor. Had a slight issue with the toilet flush not working, we managed to work around it, but was a bit of an inconvenience. Came with a nice kitchen, and a washing machine which was incredibly convenient for a long stay. Air con wasn’t the best, fans did the job but it did feel a bit stuffy at times. Overall, a pleasant stay.

The apartment is modern, new, and located in a safe, gated community with secure automatic locks. Although it’s on the first floor, there are only a few steps to access it, and there’s also an elevator in the building. The living room is very spacious, and the couch conveniently converts into a double bed. The king-size bed and linnen are extremely comfortable, and the built-in thermostat allows you to easily control the indoor temperature. The shower has great water pressure and stays hot. The only minor drawbacks were the absence of a clothes dryer—though that's quite common in Italy, and a large drying rack is provided for hang-drying laundry—as well as some mosquitoes in the area and the lack of a toilet paper holder in the bathroom. The location is also a highlight—it's just an 18-minute walk to Brunelleschi’s Dome, making it easy to explore Florence’s historic center on foot. Overall, it was a comfortable and well-equipped place to stay. I would stay again and recommend you stay here fore sure!

Large and clean apartment, not too far from the main city attractions. We arrived by car and parked in front to the property ( maybe luckily) during our staying. The communication before the check in worked properly and the check out was simple. There are some restaurants near the apartment, but if you like to walk, there are lots of options near downtown. We are a family of four and we had a great time there.

I had left my purse in the apartment the morning of check out. The host was very ineffective with communication and I ended up waiting outside the unit for three hours before I was helped. This was obviously very frustrating because I was a paying customer. The unit itself was clean but the AC was complicated to use.
