All the staff were amazing and helpful! The kitchen staff for breakfast catered for all out needs. The spa was excellent too and I’d highly recommended this hotel to anyone. It’s in a Great location with good links to the airport and tourist spots across the city.

Wonderful stay, attentive staff, very clean room. The spa facilities are very high quality and had a lovely massage. Good choices for breakfast. I would certainly recommend staying here, the spa was a particular highlight that is free for guests to use.

We had a wonderful stay at The Moon hotel. The staff are excellent and we had a speedy and very easy check in experience. The Moon is a beautiful, calm place slightly out of the central sights of Florence, but within an easy walk. Our rooms were beautiful. Great showers and the beds were so comfortable. We slept very well. Breakfast was of a high quality, the fresh egg dishes were delicious. If you like cake for breakfast, you will be spoilt for choice. We used the spa area which was lovely at the end of the day. If not included in your room deal it is extra and you need to book a slot. The hydrotherapy pool is not huge, but works well. Sauna and steam room were very good. Overall a wonderful experience and special thanks to Giorgio for his quick check in and excellent and friendly customer service throughout our stay.

Excellent hotel just outside the tourist centre of Florence. The room was fantastic and the staff were extremely helpful. The breakfast was the best we had during our trip. This is the perfect home base for a Florence trip as long as you are fine with walking 10-15 minutes to get into central Florence.

We loved this hotel : spa is so beautiful and relaxing The entire staff is here to assist you and is always welcoming Breakfast is very good, savory and sweet : cakes, etc... Well-insulated: no noise from the hallway or the street Easily accessible by tram and just 5 minutes from Florence train station You can reach the historic center in 12 minutes, and by walking along the banks of the Arno, you can wander through areas free of annoying tourists

Lovely boutique spa hotel an easy walk to centre of Florence. Easy walk from the tram stop at the station - so only 40ish mins from the airport. Our room was great, staff were friendly and helpful. Spa is only open in the afternoon/evening and needs to be booked with reception, but we did this 5 mins before so still very easy. The spa was quiet and relaxing.

The staff was exceptional. They were responsive, took care of our taxis, dinner reservations, anything we needed. The hotel was spotless and the breakfast was plentiful. I loved this hotel. We aware though that if you wish to walk into the tourist area, you are 25-30 minutes. We did not mind the walk, but some might.
