Giovanni at the front desk was absolutely amazing! He booked our dinners for us, fixed anything we needed help with, all with kindness and care. The breakfast was AMAZING and included. This hotel was perfect for a family of 4. 1st Location- location to the train station was so convenient, plenty of restaurants within close walking distance, central market, and an easy walk to everything else. Staff- from the minute we walked in they were so kind and helpful. Every morning we were greeted with an incredible smile. Room- perfect size, plenty of storage and offered some privacy. This was a great hotel!
