Dresser drawer was broken apart, bathroom door would not close, badly worn bed linens, holes in carpet and bedspreads, microwave did not function properly. Room was clean, quiet, safe, no bed bugs, bathroom recently refitted.

Wrong room given first. No sheets on bed. Looked like a “rent by the hour”. Next room tv didn’t work & mini fridge was leaking. Third room upgraded & usable. No daily housekeeping. Water had rust in pipes, came out brown. Furniture wobbly. Pool not open (DHEC). Wasp nest outside of door. Laundry area no AC, feels about 120°. Homeless walking the grounds. Shootout next door. Roaches running in and out of AC unit. Needed fresh towels, had to take old towels to front desk, they didn’t have any clean towels. Front desk agent said “I just work here” when confronted about problems, no resolution.

The owner don't like to fix things or upgrade the stuff that people like me are staying at their property for the stairs needs fixing, the wifi lack signal, the concret needs repavement no trees to park your vehicle under from the hot sun some of the room are infested with Roaches then when you complain he wants to ban you and call the police

TERRIBLE. We booked two rooms at this hotel while in town for a funeral, and unfortunately the stay made an already difficult trip even worse. The steps leading to the second floor were broken and felt unsafe. Both rooms smelled and were dirty upon arrival, especially the bathrooms. The condition was bad enough that we went out and purchased cleaning supplies so we could clean the rooms ourselves. One room had a non-working air conditioner and television. In the other room, the door would stick and was difficult to open, the toilet seat loose, and the bathtub drained extremely slowly. To make matters worse, we found and killed a roach in each room. We reported these issues to an employee named Naub, who told us that a manager would contact us. No manager ever called or followed up. We paid for two rooms expecting basic cleanliness, working amenities, and a safe place to stay. Instead, we dealt with dirty rooms, broken or malfunctioning equipment, plumbing issues, unsafe steps, and roaches. Because management failed to address our concerns or even return our call, we are currently disputing the charges for this stay. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this hotel.
