We arrive before 12 and they let us check right in ( check-in at 3:00) right before the rain started. The staff was super nice. Less than 10 minute walk from train station. The view from the room was amazing. The AC was wonderful and the room was nice and clean. You can throw the windows open and watch people at one of the historic churches. The only negatives are minor-There was some noise from outside due to the old town location and there is limited clothing storage.

This is a great place to stay. A great location right in the center of everything. The rooms are great, clean and spacious. The staff was very helpful. We had a couple of issues that they helped us with. They went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Top notch service. I would choose to stay here every time when visiting Florence
