The building where this B&B is located is absolutely stunning, the location is amazing, walkable distance to the train station, city center and many other places. The communication with Maria made the stay even better. The dining options near this place were great.

Very pleasant stay! Sam is a great host and I was received well. He went above and beyond expectations by providing me tips/information on exploring Florence. I was given a map with many tips to complete my on self-guided tour. I highly recommend this property.

I’m not sure how this place has such good ratings, because my experience was terrible. Our room was dirty and looked nothing like the pictures in the booking. Completely different room. Some of the pictures on Expedia are straight up taken from a different hotel. Most of the property info is misleading as well. Staff was not friendly and barely spoke english. I stay at motels in the US all the time but this was much worse. I unfortunately had to book a different hotel last minute because the conditions were unbearable. Basically just a bed and a toilet

This place is awful and disgusting. Bathroom look so gross, mold everywhere, the water won’t drain out while you in it. This property should remove from any hotel website

The centre of town is walkable in 15 mins and the bus and train stations are a 10 mins walk away. The decor and shower are slightly outdated, but the property is clean. The BIG problem came when we were given the wrong information (incorrect entry code) to the front door. It was VERY late at night and we were standing outside the property for at least 45 mins trying to get in touch with someone to help us. In the end it wasn't even the person in charge of the hotel who helped, but the bookings manager. We never received an apology.

The facility is beautiful with signs of being an old world inn. The brick, stucco and lovely flower beds have great visual appeal! The staff has fairly good English skills. We enjoyed a delicious meal in the bar. Nicely appointed room with a huge TV. We arrived on foot, walking from the Metro station at 10 pm, passing several working girls. The property is gated so we felt very safe on site.

We appreciate the room's spaciousness and cleanliness, along with the presence of air-conditioning, which is great. It is unfortunate about the shower doors which is hard to slide and the moldy wall around the shower. Also, was only provided shampoo and no body wash, but that's ok. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, it was close to a tram stop, and felt safe.

Incrível. Tinha lido comentários ruins mas também li que a gerencia havia mudado para dar uma chance, confiei e foi maravilhoso. Hotel muito confortável e bem equipado. Atendentes muito atenciosos e sempre a disposição via WhatsApp. Muito próximo da estação de trem e fácil se utilizar transporte público. Tem um restaurante próximo MARAVILHOSO! Chama San Jacobino, recomendo a visita.

ホテルというよりB＆B？よりな感じで施設に着いたら門だったのでびっくりしました笑 が、すぐに開けてくださり早朝だったのにも関わらずお部屋に案内してくれました。 ローマについても観光地等親切に教えてくださり、お部屋も綺麗かったです。 ローマもバチカンも行きやすい立地だったので便利でした。お値段も他に比べて安かったので有難いです。ありがとうございました！

The managers were very kind and communicative. The only thing that would prevent me from booking again is the thin walls between rooms which makes it feel less private sound wise - I could hear the guy down the hall practicing and my neighbors’ conversations and didn’t want to turn on the TV because I didn’t want to disturb others.

The contact was slow and the information was contradictory. The facilities were poor, the room was spartan and very noisy. The bathroom had no storage space and the bathroom door squeaked. The breakfast was a joke, on the first day there was a packaged croissant, after that none. You could have helped yourself in the hallway. Everything was not very hygienic. I would look for another hotel.
