The breakfast was honestly the best I’ve ever had, which really stood out and made the stay more enjoyable. The space itself was nice overall, but one of the rooms had an unpleasant smell, and the shower drain was clogged, which was frustrating. It’s also worth noting that the location is right in the centre, so it can be a bit loud, especially at night. Overall, it was an okay stay.

The location is amazing. Right next to Piazza Vecchio! Seriously, straight down are restaurants, shopping and Gelato! Enter the Piazza for phenol menial renaissance statues, city hall and about 100 yards to the Uffizi. Located inside a historic centuries old building, it retains the charm of yesteryear with the amenities that bring comfort. The suite was well appointed, comfortable bed, great shower and plenty of room. A separate bed is in a separate room. This place made a great home base. Cannot recommend more highly.

This is a charming boutique hotel with an excellent location, making it very convenient to explore the surrounding area on foot. The property itself has a cozy and well-maintained atmosphere, which adds to the overall experience. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. One thing to note is that the hotel does not offer breakfast on-site. However, they have a partnership with a nearby restaurant where guests can enjoy a discount, which works quite well and offers a nice alternative. Parking can be quite challenging, especially during busy periods, so it’s worth planning ahead if you are arriving by car. Overall, a very pleasant stay. I would definitely stay here again, especially for those who value location and a more intimate, boutique-style experience.

The BEST location in Firenze. 1 block from Uffizi, 2 blocks from Ponte Vecchio, 4 blocks from the Duomo. And an easy 15-20 minute walk to the train station. Rooms were clean and spacious. Windows kept out any noise. We were quite satisfied!

This hotel met all of our expectations. We checked in early and the young man at reception was hospitable and professional. The hotel is literally where you want to be if you want to see all museums and eat at great places. Upon arrival we got help booking trips and museums. Awesome place to be in Florence.
