This property has thought of everything! Our only disappointment was that we were only there for one night. From the bathroom amenities, to the well stocked, common kitchen, we wanted for nothing. The beds were comfy, the shower a dream. I'll never stay anywhere else when in Florence and that's saying something.

The team at the hotel was incredibly nice, even offered free water, coffee, tea, and some snacks in the morning. The only downside was that the AC wasn’t cold enough for us.

Lovely!

Staff were so helpful. There is a slight disadvantage of the staff not being there all the time…. but they were so helpful when they were. The rooms are so clean and new feeling. Bathroom nicely equipped, charming sitting room. Hotel is very close close to sights.

Great Location and Sweet Host

We loved our stay here! They greeted us the minute we got off the elevator and helped us with our bags. It felt like we were staying as guests in a home. Super clean, cute and a great location.

This was my third stay in this wonderful property. The staff is very friendly, welcoming and helpful offering great recommendations. Additionally, the location is perfectly central to all the places we love in Firenze, and we love them all. We just spent another week here and it was perfect!

We loved our stay until the last night. We were only staying 3 nights so we didn’t require maid service. We arrived back at the hotel after looking for a laundry facility. The host met us at the door. She was quite upset. She wanted us to unlock our door. We did and she went to our made bed and pulled down the sheets and scolded us for using the top sheet. I told her we use top sheets in the US. She said we would have to have our room redone. We allowed it. I haven’t been talked to like that in years. Didn’t sleep well as we were trying to process what had happened. It was obvious she entered our room (even with the do not disturb sign) without our permission while we were gone. Unacceptable!!

We loved everything about our stay. We were very late arriving and the host waited for and welcomed us. He suggested attractions and a fantastic spot to eat. The room was clean and spacious with a beautiful view of the city nestled into the hillside. There was a generous breakfast on a garden terrace. This was our favorite accommodation in Sicily!!

Lovely hotel in the centre of Florence

Very central and quiet hotel on account of the well insulated windows. Staff is very accommodating and the rooms are very well appointed and spotlessly cleaned. The complimentary drinks and snacks are a big plus.

Very quiet with insulated windows, blackout shades that allowed restful sleep, which was helpful in correcting my jet lag. Spotless hotel room, super comfortable beds with nice sheets. Free beverages, including cappuccino and espresso. Would definitely stay here again.
