Had a very nice stay here. The rooms are beautiful and clean, staff is very kind and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. All in all a lovely stay!

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful outdoor courtyard. Very comfortable rooms. Easy to walk to the heart of Florence but not in the congested thick of things. Highly recommend.

Nice staff, good breakfast, walking distance to the city center. The only thing is that the hotel is outdated and definitely need some renovation. Unfortunately the garden wasn’t open so we couldn’t enjoy it.

PROS: The hotel is very close to the train station and public transportation stops. The staff was very friendly and assisted us with an early check in. Breakfast was amazing. CONS: No air conditioning in the hotel until May. Which forced us to open the windows to cool down. Unfortunately that led to several mosquito bites overnight. There was also an issue with the hot water which led to cold showers for the family. Overall, the stay was average. But served its purpose for a couple days.
