Very beautiful rooms (painted ceiling!) with good bathroom. quick elevator, compact hotel layout, fine breakfast. Street noise is a little loud on the weekend but windows open and close nicely and can block out a lot of sound. Walking distance to the Duomo and the Uffizi, Ponte Vecchio, Palazzo Vecchio. Very nice stay, would happily come back.

Room is very clean and spacious. Pillows and bed are really comfortable compared to other hotels we’ve been in. The location is perfect! Close to all major attractions. Staff is also very nice and helpful. We will definitely stay here again when back in Florence.

This was a gem to find in Florence! The AC was perfect for the time of year. Staff were always friendly and very professional! Room was cleaned frequently. This was a lovely resort in a very walkable area of Florence. As soon as we got to the facility, a staff member sat down with us and reviewed the map with us and how to get to important places that we wanted to get to. They were very eager to make dinner reservations for us, which we found very helpful. It was a great location for walking pretty much anywhere we wanted to in town. The facilities is extremely clean and the breakfast was very delicious. We would definitely stay there again.

We wanted a hotel in the heart of the Florence historic area, and this was perfect. It was a ten minute walk to anything you would want to see. There are plenty of dining options in the area.
