Our stay at The Ruby Bea Hotel in Florence was a really great experience overall. The location couldn’t have been better—everything felt easily accessible, which made exploring the city so much more enjoyable. What stood out the most was the staff. They were incredibly kind and consistently helpful, whether it was giving directions, offering thoughtful recommendations, or helping us arrange a taxi. That level of service made a big difference and made us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. Breakfast was another highlight, especially if you’re trying to keep things a bit on the healthier side. There were solid options that didn’t feel overly heavy, which was a nice way to start each day. All in all, a comfortable and welcoming place to stay, especially if you value great service and a convenient location.

Everything was great. It's not very central, but very well connected to the city center. It has a vibrant and young feel. Only two things to improve, in my opinion, are check-in and check-out modalities and breakfast, which can be a little richer in variety of foods offered.
