A charming Boutique Hotel with a friendly staff. Five minute walk from the train station. Ten minute walk to the city center. Close to everything but n a quiet area. Loved this hotel.

This is ideally placed to visit most places in Florence, and it is handy for the T2 tram link to the airport. We used the hotel restaurant the first night and were pleasantly surprised by the food, staff and ambience. A short walk away you can find the cocktail bar where the Negroni was invented

Front desk staff was great, breakfast was great. Beds were not very comfortable but we were able to request slightly softer pillows to replace the flat, hard ones we had on our beds when we arrived. Note that if your room faces the street, there is noise at night. The courtyard was nice but there is no pool- just a jacuzzi. We wrongly assumed from pictures that it was a pool. Location is good for walking around the city.

I enjoyed my stay and felt comfortable as an older solo traveller. Would have enjoyed a Netflix option as it was too hot to be out all day

This is such a great hotel! The service and staff at this hotel was amazing! The breakfast was amazing and had such an attentive and lovely staff each morning we went in! The hotel is located in a perfect spot close to many tourist attractions and famous restaurants, definitely would recommend staying here for anyone looking to stay in Florence!

Hotel Rivoli was very nice and in a great location…walking distance from the center. The staff was extremely friendly and the hotel was very clean. Would definitely go back
