Property was exceptionally clean and staff were very friendly. Rooms are very small but for one person it was fine. It’s not a luxury hotel it’s a B&B. I did enjoy my stay

Nice place to live, and the air conditioning was very helpful with how hot it has been. The showering system is very conveniently set up and not too small/ not too large. It was a very quaint and convenient hotel room and the customer service was very kind.

Stayed 3 nights in this residence. Limited front desk timing (09:00 to 18:00). Sometimes till 17:00 with the remaining time covered by an italophone housemaid. The breakfast is terrible and includes very very basic food (No eggs, No milk, 1 type of cheese and ham, 2 choices of Powdered mix juice, Bread and croissant seem old and not fresh, No salt and Pepper....etc). What annoyed me is that the check out is set at 10:30 Am. I never checked out at a hotel or residence that early. I was in a Superior room allegedly claimed to have an area of 237 sq ft. In fact, I doubt it much as the room was too small. In my opinion, it should not exceed 183 sq ft. The residence has no outdoor large sign to refer guests to the place. The place is 15 minutes walk to the train station and sightseeing bus stop which I highly recommend to book a ride for 1 day to explore Florence landmarks. 10 min walk to Basilica Santa Maria and many restaurants nearby. My experience in this place is bad and disappointing. I do not recommend it to anyone.

The hotel is a short walk from the train station, the duomo, the market and many places to eat and drink. Check in and check out was smooth, even though we arrived after reception hours. No frills, but it was a comfortable stay for two nights for us.

Premetto che ho acquistato il soggiorno per i miei genitori in vacanza a Firenze e di seguito riporto le loro sensazioni. Buona pulizia e posizione centrale unici due punti a favore. Non hanno trovato nessuno per il check-in, hanno ricevuto istruzioni su come accedere in struttura tramite chiamata. Il giorno dopo, unica volta che hanno visto qualcuno in struttura senza preamboli sono stati chiesti i soldi della tassa di soggiorno. Nella descrizione si paventa un servizio di reception dalle 14 alle 18 non pervenuto. Stanza piccola ma accogliente, ottimo materasso, bagno grande ma privo di bidet, tale mancanza dovrebbe essere segnalata, nessun cambio asciugamani in tre giorni. Il primo giorno colazione in struttura il secondo giorno per mancanza di personale colazione in un bar vicino. In entrambi i casi colazione molto scarsa. Infissi datati che facevano condensa e dunque pavimento bagnato. I rumori della strada si sentivano palesemente.

What I liked most is the location however it’s a residential home and therefore it’s hard to find. What I didn’t like most was calling the office no one answer! But when it’s answered, she by accident connected three lines and I was able to hear her gossip conversation with someone and didn’t even answer my call.

숙소 위치는 괜찮았습니다. 하지만 숙소에서의 경험은 다음부터 24시간 리셉션이 있는 숙소를 선택해야 하지 않을까 하는 생각을 하도록 만들었습니다. 이 숙소에서 3박을 했습니다. 1박을 하고 다음 날 외출을 하고 돌아왔을 때는 청소가 되어 있지 않았습니다. 2박째 외출을 할 때는 청소를 해주실 수 있도록 키를 맡기고 나갔습니다. 숙소에 한낮에 돌아왔을 때 데스크에는 아무도 없었고 간신히 현지 개별 투어 가이드를 통해 연락했습니다. 처음 들었던 이야기는 방에 키가 있다 라는 말이었습니다. 방에 키가 있으니 들어갈 수 없다고 다시 연락을 해주었을 때 15-20분 정도 후에 직원이 도착했고 방에 들어갈 수 있었습니다. 더운 날씨 때문일 수 있지만 너무 힘들었던 기억입니다.

Nice place. Clean. Easy transit.

Highly recommend this place! Great area of the city, east transit and lots to do nearby. They did come in the room during afternoon and turned off the AC so remind them not to do that. I’d stay here again for sure though!
