The location was second to none. Having a wonderful breakfast included was also incredible. Planning out the day was so convenient when you knew you could stop by your accommodation to change or clean up without having to go out of your way. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable, and the air conditioning meant our room was also comfortable even when it was 35C outside. We would stay again if we find ourselves in Florence again.

A hotel with an exceptional and unbeatable location. Our room was beautiful, with a unique and thoughtfully designed décor that made it feel truly special. The bed was very comfortable, and we slept well; however, because of the central location, there can occasionally be some street noise. The breakfast was simple yet well-rounded, offering a good selection of tasty options. One area that could be improved is the Wi-Fi, as the internet connection was not very reliable during our stay. Overall, the hotel provides a welcoming, comfortable, and enjoyable atmosphere, making it an excellent place to stay while exploring the city.

I had such a great stay at this hotel-I stayed again after my trip to Barcelona. This is a true boutique hotel. Every detail is curated - function and design. The hotel beyond clean, the breakfast was amazing, the staff is outstanding. The communication from the staff was top-notch and I wish that this hotel was in a location that I traveled to frequently. This is a shining gem in Florence. The location should also be mentioned. It is a perfect spot for food and shopping!

Property is very chic ! The rooms are absolutely gorgeous with a true European feel. This hotel is centrally located right in the heart of the leather market so yes it’s loud but even after the merchants pack up by midnight and shut down the area is buzzing and you can still hear tourists. I didn’t go to Italy to sleep so I didn’t mind. You can shop take your items to your room and continue to shop that’s how central it is . The only negative is the hotel has no elevator just 4 flights of stairs to get to the front desk - if you are traveling and schlepping luggage around the last thing you want to do is go up 4 flights - arrive before 6pm and have the gentleman that works on the property help carry your baggage. He was a huge help. The front office lady called a taxi for us to head to the airport at 5 am and it was on time and exactly outside. This place is only for people who understand chic . One of the reviews I read said this hotel didn’t hang up the paintings and they were on the floor lol if you don’t understand design then you will complain about stuff that is part of the art . I loved this hotel !!!!!!

Very interesting small hotel. Gorgeous furnishing, lovely breakfast, friendly staff. In an excellent position. A little noisy at night and early morning when the bag market vendors below set up and dismantle their stalls. There is no lift so be prepared for stairs. I recommend this hotel.
