The hotel was beautiful, the rooms were very clean, the staff was super friendly and helpful. The views of the city were amazing as well as the location right on the Arno near Ponte Vecchio. The ONLY complaint I would give is the size of the shower in our room- too small, but that’s just being very picky

We stayed here for 4 nights and it was a great hotel. Rooms were small but comfortable. Staff were so kind and helpful with arranging taxi’s, extra towels and even extra water. We traveled in September so we were grateful for the AC and pool. You can’t beat the location or the view from the rooftop bar! I would stay here again!

Rooms were clean, the family suite was a good layout having the 2 floors and 2 toilets (1 shower/bath). It would be better if it can be communicated if any family rooms are available with a balcony. The WiFi was good and staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel isn’t catered for kids or young families as such, but the hotel were ready to help make the kids stay as comfortable as possible, which we really appreciated. They had a good selection of gluten free packaged items for breakfast and made my daughter an omelette every morning (she has Coeliac disease). The views from the roof terrace were fantastic and it was lovely to have a rooftop pool and bar as an option to use. The hotel is very conveniently located, only 10-15 minute walk from all the main sites, but away from the hustle and bustle of the central piazzas. I would stay at this hotel again and would definitely recommend it to family and friends.

Rooftop pool (and the associated view) are absolutely incredible. The hotel itself is a little dated in decor / fixtures but clean and well-staffed (the staff switched the placement of the turndown service when they noticed I slept on the other side of the bed. The single room was a little tight, but it was everything I needed as a home base for a few days of solo travel in Florence. Location is just a little bit outside the heart of downtown by foot (in a good way), so expect to add on some extra steps going back and forth.
