Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The property has potential but there is ONE big problem. The property says it has a KING size bed when in reality it is just a SofaBed with a Queen size mattress at most. The King Size bed was the selling point for me, and was completely duped by false advertising. I communicated with the property administrator and was NOT offered any solution to my complaint. When I arrived at the room the dirty blankets from the previous guest were left inside the Room. Again, the administrator’s response was “I’ll talk to the housekeepers”. I am attaching a picture of the dirty blankets. I am a very patient and tolerant guest but I am against dishonesty. Be aware if you order this room, you will NOT get a king size bed. You have been warned.
