Everything as described. Very good in air conditioning on that hot days. Shower jet is powerful. Nice. However, if the napkins / tissues papers / paper towels were to provide for the rooms, kitchen and bathroom/washroom. This will be wonderful and superb. Overall, is good with reasonable price for us.

First of all we had to wait for 10 minutes to actually gain access to the apartment, even though our communication was very clear as to when we would arrive. The property had a lot of dust , eg on chandeliers, vents, and needed a thorough clean. If you want to sleep in the room with the double bed bring ear plugs because you can hear everything that is happening upstairs…. The conversations, walking around, moving furniture etc. The air conditioning unit in the room with 2 single beds hardly worked , and made a strange noise like it kept trying to push out cold air. Also it needs to be clear on the pictures advertising the apartment, which pictures go with what apartment. We thought there may be an outdoor space, but no that was for a different apartment.

We stayed here in November and had a wonderful experience. The location worked perfectly for my husband and I, close enough to the center to get everywhere easily, yet set in a quiet residential part of Florence where we could feel the local rhythm of the city. The staff who look after the house were all very easy to communicate with. The whole stay was smooth and comfortable. We truly enjoyed our time here!

Great stay in Florence

This was an excellent place to stay while in Florence. There are grocery stores, pharmacies, and restaurants within walking distance. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and cool.

Lovely and well-located apartment in the Altrarno neighborhood of Florence. Plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shopping nearby. Communication with manager was excellent and prompt. Only issue was spotty wifi, but truly a minor inconvenience.

Great apartment with great location walkable to all the good spots. There’s a washer too which was great. It wasn’t working and the company sent someone in less than an hour and fixed it. No doubt best stay experience.

There was an issue with main front door not opening but there were responsive and tried to send a technician within an hour. When we got back it was all fixed. Good location on a quiet street. 15 min walk from train or bus station. Lots of grocery, restaurants and cafes walking distance. Could have had more toilet paper provided. Otherwise good and home away from home.

the apartment was very clean and spacious had everything we needed except a coffee maker. comfortable beds. the only real complaint was that the entrance door was very loud and people could be heard coming and going. also street noise, people talking and yelling until 3 am but only a real issue when window was open for airflow otherwise the street noise was manageable . i would still recommend for price and spaciousness .

An absolute FANTASTIC property and experience from start to finish. Initial communications were prompt about how to find the place. The property manager was so nice and accommodating. The property was clean, quiet, and had every amenity. It’s a 10 minute walk to the center of town, but it’s on the QUIET residential side. When we come back to Florence, we will stay at the same property.

San Frediano getaway

Very nice and good sized but spare apartment. Odd stuff in some of the drawers and shelves could be cleaned out. Could also use some separate bins for sorting waste and written instructions about recycling, as are usually found in Italian rentals. Odd that there was no baking pan or sheet that could be used in the oven. Otherwise, a very good value and nice location in a relaxed part of the city with reasonable restaurants, shops, and a laundromat nearby.

The concierge was very nice, and the meeting and key handover went very smoothly. Unfortunately, the apartment was dirty and not thoroughly cleaned. We also found a cockroach on the floor in the entrance area on the first evening. After we complained, the bathroom and floor were cleaned again, but it still wasn't clean. Furthermore, the apartment smells damp and musty. The beds are comfortable, and the upholstery and blankets are in mint condition. The kitchen is also in mint condition, but there are no dish towels or dishwashing liquid for the dishwasher. We wouldn't book here again, as cleanliness is simply important to us.

Great apartment with high ceilings and modern amenities. Quiet street with good local restaurants nearby. One detail that could be improved is the floor in the shower was not sloped correctly for proper drainage flow. Not a major issue but could/should be resolved in the future. Would definitely stay there again.

Apartment with two large bedrooms in a neighborhood away from the tourists. The apartment worked for 3 adults but it has some outdated features and the chandeliers need a dusting throughout. The other units in the building appears to be managed by the same company. The management company was quick to send someone to look at windows that weren’t locking properly. The issue was resolved swiftly.

I rarely write reviews but could not in good conscience not write one this time. There was only one issue with this property but it involved the daily HEALTH and SAFETY of our family. In the morning after our first night at the property my husband and I both noticed a gas type smell. Although we left early that morning for a pre-arranged day trip out of Florence I sent a text to the property about our concerns, stating that we had smelled what seemed to be a gas smell and were quite concerned. The property sent someone to assess our concerns that day. On return to the property late that night we could smell what appeared to be a vinegar smell in the apartment. The property sent us a note saying the worker they had sent was not able to smell any gas odour. I remained very concerned as a gas smell or sewer gas smell can have serious impacts on your health and potentially be life threatening. We also contacted Expedia. At 11 p.m. at night we were told to leave the property and find another hotel to check into. My husband and I are both seniors, did not have a vehicle, and were not familiar with Florence. Thus we made the tough decision to stay. The smell continued throughout our stay and despite contacting the property again to let them know I was dissatisfied with their response to my initial complaint and that the smell remained. Nothing further was said or done. If you care about your HEALTH and SAFETY I would STRONGLY advise against staying here. August 13-18, 2026
