Awesome breakfast buffet and the staff were very helpful. The room we had was very nice, except that the internet would not work. They moved us to another room the second night but it was not nearly as nice as the original room we booked. Very convenient location and y9u were within walling distance to all the attractions and shopping.

The hotel was absolutely gorgeous. The toilet, bath, and all other areas were perfectly clean. ​From the balcony, I had a view of the Ponte Vecchio bridge. ​Breakfast was an American-style buffet. While not extravagant, the quality and variety were more than sufficient. Eating on the terrace along the Arno River was a very pleasant experience. ​Aside from a 20-minute wait at check-in while they located my reservation, everything was perfect. ​The car was handled by valet parking, so I didn't have to worry about navigating a tight parking garage.
